How to apply


  • Read the IMSOGLO Application Manual well and follow its instructions.
  • Find the link to the Application Portal in the Manual.
  • In the Application Portal, you will need to upload a pdf of your passport, CV, bachelor diploma (or certificate of enrolment), transcript of records, English language certificate, motivation letter and 2 reference letters.
  • After your application, you will receive further instructions via e-mail.
  • Prepare your legalized documents (diploma, transcript of records) and follow these instructions.


We do not review eligibility, transcripts, diplomas or credentials via e-mail, please upload all documents to the online application portal.


  • The deadline for non-European students to apply for the IMSOGLO programme as a self-funding student is 31 March 2023.
  • The deadline for European students to apply for the IMSOGLO programme with an IMSOGLO Consortium Scholarship or as a self-funding student is 31 May 2023.

Admission and scholarship selection

Applicants who are academically admitted to the IMSOGLO programme will receive an official Letter of Admission.

The IMSOGLO Scholarship Selection Group, with representatives of all partner universities, rank all applications based on previous achievements, motivation and references. Scholarship nominees will be notified during June 2023.
